All fees must be deposited in cash before the 15th of every month between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM
on working days. A late fee of ₹10 per month will be charged after the 15th.
Fees will be charged for all 12 months. Fees for May & June must be paid by 15th May.
Defaulters’ names may be displayed on the notice board or informed to parents.
Parents of defaulters may contact the Principal for an extension. The Principal will decide
based on the merits of the case and inform in writing.
If fees remain unpaid for more than one month after the due date, the student’s name will be
struck off the rolls or they may be debarred from receiving report cards or certificates.
No reduction in fees will be granted for vacations or broken periods.
Only responsible persons are allowed to deposit fees in the school.
