Attendance

• Every student is expected to be present at the morning assembly.
• Late comers and absentees will not be admitted without the Principal’s signature on the leave note.
• Half-day leave requires a parent-signed application. Once in school, students must stay for the full day.
• Parents must cooperate by sending students on the required dates unless written permission for extended leave is obtained.
• Leave is not granted without a written application. Leave must be officially sanctioned.
• For illness, a medical certificate must be submitted within 3 days. Absence beyond 10 days without permission results in removal from rolls.
• A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion.
• Students absent on the first day of the academic year without prior notice will have their names removed. Re-admission depends on vacancies.
• Students with infectious diseases must stay home until fully recovered and submit a medical fitness certificate.
